StockAttack School Calendar · version 2026-09-24
The short version. The calendar gathers your due dates in one place, but it can be wrong or miss something, so your course page and course outline are always the final word. You are responsible for your own deadlines. It is free during the beta; after that it costs $5 a semester after 14 free days, and you can cancel any time. Be decent on the Community page. This service is not part of, or approved by, the University of Lethbridge.
1. What this is
The StockAttack School Calendar ("the service") is run by Hunter Berresford, Lethbridge, Alberta ("we"). It reads the private calendar links you give it (for example from Moodle and Outlook), shows those dates together with the ones you add by hand, and can send you one email in the morning listing what is due. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or run by the University of Lethbridge, Moodle, Microsoft, Crowdmark, or any school.
2. Dates can be wrong: check the official source
The service copies what your calendar links contain and what you type in. Links can stop working, schools and instructors change dates, and feeds can be incomplete or late. Always confirm deadlines on your course page, course outline, or with your instructor. We are not responsible for missed or late work, marks, or any other result of relying on the service.
3. Your account
- Give your real name and an email address you use. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Only add calendar links that belong to you. Treat them like passwords: anyone with the link can read that calendar.
4. Using the service fairly
Don't:
- try to get into anyone else's account or calendar, or into parts of the service you are not meant to use;
- try to break, overload, scan or copy the service with automated tools;
- post anything on the Community page that harasses, threatens, or insults people, that is spam, that shares someone else's personal information or calendar link, or that helps anyone break their school's academic-integrity rules.
We may remove posts and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. For anything serious we will try to tell you why first.
5. Price and payment
- Free beta: until December 31, 2026 the service is free and no payment details are asked for. Before the beta ends we will email you, and nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
- After the beta, the first 14 days are free. After that the service costs $5 CAD per semester (every four months), charged by our payment processor, Stripe. It renews each semester until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the semester you paid for. We do not give refunds for part of a semester, except where the law requires it.
- If the price changes, we will tell you before the next semester you would be charged for, and you can cancel before it applies.
6. If the service changes or stops
We try to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop parts of it. If we shut the service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and refund the unused part of any semester you have paid for.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for what is deleted). We may close an account that breaks these terms.
8. Limits on our responsibility
The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including missed deadlines or marks), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be removed.
9. Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and of Canada that apply there.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will post the new version here and ask you to agree again the next time you open your calendar. If you do not agree, you can cancel and ask us to delete your account.
